How did you discover VoluntEars?

Been on trip with VoluntEars few times in the past.

Why did you join VoluntEars?

Because from my experience with VoluntEars, they are trustworthy and it is one of the safe way I can travel without communication barriers as well.

Why did you choose the Peru trip?

Because why not?! It is also my birthday trip and Peru was on my bucket list for countries to visit. Plus it is with VoluntEars!!!!

What were you looking forward to?

Everything!

Were you worried about anything before the trip?

No, because I know I am in safe hands with VoluntEars as I trust Richard [VoluntEars Director]

What was your funniest or most memorable experience?

Oh god, everything – the sightseeing, the people, the pranks, the banters, and everything else in between. 

What did you enjoy the most on the trip?

Just experiencing the wonderful country, culture and lifestyle with wonderful bunch of people. 

How do you think you benefitted from the experience? 

I just love experiencing different cultures, different people and in different places. Just widening my horizons and forming bonds. 

What did you like about the VoluntEars trip?

The way it is well-organised with thoughts behind of how to immerse self in the culture, history and lifestyle. No concerns about communication barriers because the accessibility is always there. People in the group are just marvellous and supportive of each other. I had laughed and smiled so much!
