Why did you choose the India trip?

New country and great location to explore.

What were you looking forward to?

Tea plantations. New group. Engaging with the Deaf communities there.

What words would you use to describe your experience in India?

Welcoming communities, home from home, tasty!

What did you enjoy the most on the trip?

Seeing Munnar, Richard’s cooking class and the Indian cooking class (exchanging tastes with other cultures), being with others.

How do you think you benefitted from the experience?

New friendships, new experiences, feel more connected to Kochi.

What did you like about the VoluntEars trip?

Incredibly well organised without feeling over structured.
