How did you discover VoluntEars?

Online, I did three trip so far with VoluntEars – and more to come! 

Why did you join VoluntEars?

Always like travelling with local and experienced the culture, rather than surface! Also meeting new amazing people is amazing bonus to trip! 

Why did you choose the Ghana trip?

My friend wanted to go, I always have my obsession with waterfalls haha – it part of programme, and now I glad I went for whole experience too.

What were you looking forward to?

Waterfalls, learning about culture within deaf communities. Also meeting new people in group! 

What words would you use to describe your experience in Ghana?

Out of this world experiences, something I will carry with me for rest of my life.

What was your funniest or most memorable experience?

Too many to choose.

What did you enjoy the most on the trip?

Amazing lovely new mates in the group and working at deaf school. Also see waterfalls (ticked off my bucket list).

How do you think you benefitted from the experience?

Learned lots about myself and explore how I would able to help out more in future. 

What did you like about the VoluntEars trip?

Friendly people, understanding and welcoming.

Mountain Everest, and more new trips plans – always want to visit Peru (but who knows!)
