Why did you join VoluntEars?

My friend ask me to tag along so I decided to join!

Why did you choose the Everest Base Camp trip?

Everest trip is a dream trip, something I want to do, so when I saw this trip. I knew I have to go!

What were you looking forward to?

Everything aha! Mainly the view, meeting new friend group and hiking.

Were you worried about anything before the trip?

I was worried I wouldn’t fit in the group but I realise I fit the group just great!

What words would you use to describe your experience in Nepal?

Surreal, beautiful, cold.

What was your funniest or most memorable experience ?

I would say playing card games with the group along the guide, it was a lovely moment to spend time all together.

What did you enjoy the most on the trip?

I love everything but I enjoy the most is reaching at E.B.C and the views.

Was it different to what you expected in any way? Please describe.

Yes and no in same way, the hiking is hard but not that super hard, I realise oh I can do this and keep going.

How do you think you benefitted from the experience?

I learn new life skills and realise we don’t live the same compare from here to there, its very interesting to see how they live.

What did you like about the VoluntEars trip?
