Why did you join VoluntEars?

I wanted to have an opportunity to do more travelling, meet new people and volunteer.

Why did you choose the Peru trip?

I knew some friends that were going and I thought Peru would be interesting. 

What were you looking forward to?

Volunteering, seeing my friends, making new friends and experiencing the country.

Were you worried about anything before the trip?

I wanted to keep my passport and cash safe.

What words would you use to describe your experience in Peru?

Wonderful!

What was your funniest or most memorable experience?

Seeing the sunset on Lake Titicaca.

What did you enjoy the most on the trip?

Nearly everything.

How do you think you benefitted from the experience? 

I’ve learnt more about the country itself, I’ve made some new friends, I felt good that I volunteered at a school and I created some other good memories. 

What did you like about the VoluntEars trip?

Having an opportunity to travel, meet new people with similar interests and volunteering at different schools.
