My brother has always wanted to go to Morocco, and it seemed a good trip to take for his first trip abroad in 20 years.

What were you looking forward to?

Volunteering at the deaf organisation.

Safety in Morocco.

What words would you use to describe your experience in Morocco?

Eye-opening.

What was your funniest or most memorable experience?

Riding a camel.

What did you enjoy the most on the trip?

Watching my brother interact with others and using skills within the volunteering group.

How do you think you benefitted from the experience?

I came in the trip to see how my brother would cope and to see if he would be able to attend a trip without support from me. I learnt a lot from this experience.

What did you like about the VoluntEars trip?
