Voluntary work and to see the mountains.

Fantastic trek and the school work was very rewarding.

What was your funniest or most memorable experience ?

Steph Dennison’s impersonation of a yak (then Annapurna I at dawn)

What did you enjoy the most on the trip?

All of it (even the 14 hours bus trip to Pokhara from Kathmandu) [this journey normally takes 6-7 hours but it was longer due to a landslide which had to be cleared]

How do you think you benefitted from the experience?

Sign language, interaction with people with deafness and developmental issues.

What did you like about the VoluntEars trip?

We worked as a group, it was a focussed holiday.

What countries would you like to visit in the future?

Nepal again, Sri Lanka, Vietnam.
